Sunday Lesson: Today's lesson came from the May 09 issue of the Ensign. It was all about Temples, thanks to Jansen for the lesson.

October Announcements and Sunday Lesson
Sunday Lesson:
Today's lesson was given by Lizzy D. from the Joseph Smith manual lesson number 42. We had a very good discussion about marriage and equality with your spouse. That was only the tip of the iceberg and we should all read the rest of the lesson. Thanks again to Lizzy D.
October Announcements:
Friday 16th: Service Project at the institute at 12:30p.m. This will replace Friday Forum and they will be taking old plants out and planting new ones. Be prepared to get a little dirty and bring some gloves if you have some. There will be pizza.
Saturday 17th: An OU vs. TX cookout will be held at the institute with the game televised.
Thursday 22nd: Relief Society meeting at the institute at 7:00p.m. This will be on physical balance, more details to come.
Friday 23rd: Stake Relief Society broadcast at the stake center at 7:30p.m.
Saturday 24th: Ward activity at 7:30p.m. will be a drive in movie, viewing in the institute parking lot. Bring blankets, coats, gloves, hats, or things that will keep you warm. Lawn chairs are also optional.
Monday 25th: A mini temple open house for further information on attending contact Robert Simpson or Zack Elledge.
Tuesday 26th: Pumpkin carving at the Brother and Sister Hacks' home. The pumpkins provided for carving are going to be donated. If you would like to carve a pumpkin for yourself you will need to bring your own pumpkin. Also please bring carving knives, the more the better. Food will be provided at the Hacks' home.
